**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Improve Sales growth for OES
- Identify strategic segments & customers new Business Development.
- Key driver to Costing, Planning, Negotiation & Price Increase
- Monitor and Control receivables
- Enhance Customer Satisfaction
- Effective monitoring of practicing company policies and settle the OES pricing with Customers timely.
- Effective monitoring of multi-tasking and schedule adherence of OES requirements.
- To build and develop an enduring brand portfolio and enhancing brand loyalty
- To have Market intelligence, Pricing, Product, key customers & Competitors
- To be a pivot in the interactions with external agencies - creative, media and research on all initiatives
- To be the key touch point & be the first level escalation to all key contacts of major customers
- To represent the voice of customer within the company and influence the deliverables for long-term benefit
