**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supplier Communication & Relationship Management**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers (cab service providers) across India.
- Regularly communicate with suppliers to gather feedback, address issues, and improve service offerings.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and terms with suppliers to enhance the company’s service portfolio.
- Monitor and ensure the timely and efficient delivery of services from suppliers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Marketing Strategy Implementation**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns and promotions aimed at increasing the adoption of the cab booking software.
- Develop strategies to engage suppliers and ensure active participation in platform promotions.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and market trends within the cab booking and transportation industry.
- Monitor competitor activity, supplier performance, and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- **Digital Marketing & Brand Awareness**:

- Support the digital marketing team in creating campaigns that target both end-users and suppliers.
- Develop SEO-optimized content, social media posts, and other digital assets to raise brand awareness.
- Coordinate online and offline advertising efforts to reach new suppliers and customers.
- **Reporting & Data Analysis**:

- Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives aimed at suppliers and the broader market.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the senior management team regarding supplier performance, market opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- **Event Management**:

- Plan and manage supplier-focused events, webinars, and roadshows to promote the software and educate new and existing suppliers on its benefits.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to network with potential suppliers and stay updated on industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the tech or transportation industry. Freshers also welcome with related skills.
- **Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to manage relationships with suppliers.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of the transportation and logistics sector is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
