**Sublimation Machine Operator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate sublimation printing machines according to job specifications.
- Load materials (fabrics, garments, blanks, etc.) onto machines for printing.
- Monitor the printing process to ensure accuracy, color quality, and consistency.
- Perform routine maintenance on sublimation equipment and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and follow safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to meet deadlines and client specifications.
- Record production data and report equipment issues to management.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of inks, papers, and other supplies.

**Qualifications**:

- High school, Graduate or equivalent.
- Prior experience operating sublimation or similar printing equipment preferred.
- Understanding of color profiles, fabric types, and heat press operations.
- Ability to read and interpret job orders and design specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Good communication and time management skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
