**ABOUT US**

We are a reputed industry and our product is 'BISMARK' approved. We are manufacturer of Flyash Bricks, Precast Concrete Blocks,Tiles, Kerb Stone, Hollow Blocks, Solid Blocks, Grass Pavers etc. at Kharagpur, Dist: PaschimMedinipur (West Bengal) since last 8 years.

**JOB LOCATION AREA**

The area of this job location shall be as follows:

- Bagnan, Amta, Udaynaranpur, Domjur, Haora, Jangipara, Haripal, and Singur Blocks.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- His prior duty shall be to create B2C Sales in his area and if all Parameters allows he can try for B2B Sales too.
- He should give his full time genuinely to generate lead in his area and convert it to sales.
- He should regularly update to the factory his movement report, with details.
- He should regularly follow directions and work assigned by the Factory, and abides by the norms of the factory.
- Our major prospective customers could be Institution Sales, Government Department Sales, Promoters, Contractors, Private business firms etc and he should regularly follow them.
- He should be capable to meet and positively achieve minimum Monthly Sales target allotted to him.
- Good Communication Skills, hardworking, energetic.
- Should have experience in lead generation and Sales.
- Should have Motor Cycle and Smart Phone (Phone simcard shall be provided by us).
- The person who agrees to give his full time genuinely to our sales and should not engage himself in other job.

**Job Benefits & Perks**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
