Up Conversions, a leading digital marketing agency seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEO Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As an SEO Executive, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our online presence, driving organic traffic, and improving search engine rankings to enhance our brand visibility and digital performance.

**Responsibilities**:
Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential keywords relevant to our industry and target audience.
Analyze search volumes, competition, and user intent to strategize and prioritize target keywords.

On-Page Optimization: Implement on-page SEO best practices to optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking structures.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure all webpages are SEO-friendly and aligned with targeted keywords.

Technical SEO: Regularly perform technical website audits to identify and fix issues that might impact search engine visibility (e.g., crawl errors, broken links, site speed).
Work closely with the development team to implement technical SEO recommendations.

Off-Page Optimization and Link Building: Plan and execute off-page SEO strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable websites.
Identify link-building opportunities and outreach to relevant webmasters and influencers.

Content Marketing and SEO Copywriting: Support the content team in creating SEO-friendly content that aligns with the company's target keywords and SEO goals.
Optimize existing content to improve search rankings and user engagement.

Monitor and Analyze Performance: Use various SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO software) to track and analyze website performance, keyword rankings, and organic traffic.
Provide regular reports and insights on SEO performance to management.

Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure the company's SEO strategies remain effective and up-to-date.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the marketing team, content team, and web development team to ensure a cohesive approach to digital marketing and SEO efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Proven experience as an SEO Executive or in a similar role with a successful track record of improving search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, best practices, and the latest industry trends.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz).
- Familiarity with website analysis, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
