**Objective**:
As a Social Media Content Creator, your primary goal is to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience, increases brand awareness, drives engagement, and ultimately contributes to achieving our marketing and business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop creative and engaging content & reels (including text, image, and video) tailored to each social media platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and engage with followers to build a strong community around the brand.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to incorporate into content strategy and optimize performance.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of content, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members, including designers, copywriters, and marketing managers, to brainstorm ideas, coordinate content creation, and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- **Adaptability**: Quickly adapt to changes in social media algorithms, platform features, and industry trends to ensure content remains effective and competitive.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a social media content creator or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and engaging content across various platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain brand voice and tone.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva etc).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with the ability to stay updated on emerging trends and technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
- A passion for storytelling, creativity, and continuous learning in the ever-evolving landscape of social media marketing.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
