1. Experience in Digital Content Creation between 3 - 8 years.

Education and Experience:

- Proven work experience as a Digital Content Creator or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Significant experience creating high-quality marketing content.

**Skills**:

- Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and visual design principles.
- Familiarity with more than one language is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation and Publishing**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategies with organizational goals.

**Research and Innovation**:

- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to ensure content is relevant and effective.
- Bring creative ideas and innovative approaches to the development and delivery of digital content.

**Multimedia Production**:

- Produce high-quality multimedia content, including images, videos, and infographics.
- Collaborate with design and product development teams to ensure content aligns with brand standards and product offerings.

**Content Management**:

- Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Optimize all content for search engines and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.

**Performance Analysis and Adjustment**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of content across digital channels.
- Make data-driven decisions to adjust content strategies as needed.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with internal departments, external vendors, and freelancers.
- Contribute to the digital side of integrated marketing campaigns.

**Training and Knowledge Sharing**:

- Train internal teams on digital content management and empower them with ad-hoc support.
- Stay current with policies, procedures, and industry developments.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
