**Job Overview**:
The Switch Fix is a planet-friendly, plant-based personal care brand that aims to reduce our carbon footprint and make mindful living accessible to everyone. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Influencer Outreach Intern to join our team.
As our Influencer Outreach Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the team in developing and executing an effective influencer marketing strategy, identifying and collaborating with relevant influencers, and building relationships with similar brands and people. You will also be responsible for organizing and coordinating influencer events. You will work closely with our marketing team to create and implement campaigns that promote our planet-friendly, plant-based personal care products and drive brand awareness and sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing an effective influencer marketing strategy that aligns with our brand mission and values.
- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, bloggers, vloggers, and other content creators to promote our products and increase brand awareness.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with influencers, brands, and people who share our mission and values.
- Assist in planning and executing campaigns that involve influencers and brand collaborations, including creating content briefs, managing timelines, and overseeing content creation and distribution.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating influencer events, such as product launches, brand collaborations, and promotional events.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing influencer campaigns to measure their effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure influencer campaigns and brand collaborations are integrated with other marketing channels and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing and brand collaboration trends, best practices, and industry news.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing,
Communications, or a related field.
- Passionate about sustainability, environmentalism, and planet-friendly living.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of influencers, brands, and people.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience in organizing and coordinating events is a plus.

**Duration**:3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

**Time commitment**:20 hours per week, flexible working hours.

**Compensation**:Stipend of 6,000 INR per month and freebies worth 2k and more.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
