Minimum 10-12 years of IT experience in a staffing role and will be responsible for end-to-end resource fulfilment - Planning & Deployment
- Should have experience in Staffing Operations and Team Management.
- Should have experience with Bench Management.
- Should have good working knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Should have excellent stakeholder management skills.

**Primary Skills**
- Manage a team of staffing partners across locations.
- Demand Management - Ensure demands are fulfilled as per the SLA.
- Provide weekly and monthly updates on demand progress against the Fulfilment Plan to internal and external Clients
- Participate in the discussions with RMG, Business units, and recruitment to understand the overall Fulfilment strategy / approach being agreed
- Document and publish Fulfilment Plan with inputs from BU, RMG and recruitment.

**Secondary Skills**
- Regular follow up with Recruitment for building the proactive supply.
- Building rapport with the client and managing client interviews and smooth operations with Delivery teams.
- Drive forums with operational leadership and manage day to day fulfilment/operational issues and risks.
- Ensure fulfilment for the Business Units from within the available resource pool, roll offs, proactive hiring, IJP across regions.
- Keep a close tab on resource movement across region and also within the BU/account where there are requirements/needs across location
