Be the representative/front face of the school to the potential stakeholder thereby expanding its new customer base to meet its envisioned growth.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Pre-sales: Efficiently manage the pre-sales process like; keeping a track on all leads whether from web, telephone, walk-ins etc.
- Adroitly handling the entire sales process for potential parents from first interface to closure, thus positive augmenting the conversions from walk-in to admissions.
- Contact potential parents, discussing their requirements and present the WITTY brand in order to commensurate the school needs.
- Being an active team member in achieving the annual admission targets & objectives in line with the School Admission Target Plan.
- Conducting Campus tour to all parents for Experiential Marketing.

**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining complete and accurate data.
- Being an aid to the Child interaction with the respective Principals wherever required.
- Timely reporting of the internal generated reports e.g. Customer Enquiry and Follow up trackers to the RO basis the internal agreed turnaround time.
- Scrutinizing and maintain records for all admission forms and documents.
- Being an effective planner and organize the day to ensure all opportunities are maximized.
- Being an active participant in School events.

**Work Relations**:

- Reporting to the Relationship Officer of the center functionally and for all administrative issues.
- Interfacing with all departments Academic /Non-Academic for any operational issue/s.
- Interfacing with potential parents.

**Qualifications**

Post Graduate preferred, Graduation is a must.

**Experience**
- 2 - 5 Years of experience
- Experience in Education industry preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
