Hostel Warden

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day hostel activities and maintain discipline among residents.
- Ensure safety, security, and well-being of all hostel students.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep of hostel premises.
- Handle admission, allocation of rooms, and hostel records.
- Address grievances of students and resolve issues promptly.
- Enforce hostel rules and regulations fairly and consistently.
- Maintain coordination with parents/guardians in case of emergencies.
- Liaise with administration, housekeeping, and security staff.
- Conduct regular checks on facilities like food, water, electricity, and medical needs.
- Organize orientation and awareness sessions for hostel residents.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate in any discipline (qualification in management/administration preferred).
- Prior experience as a hostel warden or in student management is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain discipline with empathy and authority.
- Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Should be willing to **reside in the hostel premises** (if required).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
