Hostel Warden

Responsibilities
- **Student supervision**: Monitor students' behavior and activities, and address disciplinary issues
- **Academic support**: Work with teachers to help students achieve their academic goals
- **Counseling**: Provide guidance and emotional support to students
- **Parent communication**: Keep parents updated on their child's progress and address concerns
- **Safety**: Ensure the safety of students by putting in place safety procedures and conducting inspections
- **Food quality**: Oversee the quality of food served in the hostel
- **Room allocation**: Assign rooms to students
- **Hostel maintenance**: Ensure the hostel is clean and well-maintained
- **Policy creation**: Create and enforce rules and policies for the hostel
- **First aid**: Arrange for first aid in case of an emergency

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
