**Administrative Support**
- Manage the Principal’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for meetings.
- Draft, type, and proofread correspondence, reports, and circulars.
- Maintain records, files, and confidential documents.
2. **Communication Management**
- Act as a liaison between the Principal and staff, parents, management, or external organizations.
- Relay information accurately and promptly to concerned parties.
3. **Coordination & Liaison**
- Coordinate school events, academic calendars, and official functions.
- Assist with scheduling school inspections, staff meetings, and board visits.
- Work with administrative departments (HR, Accounts, Academics, etc.) for smooth operations.
4. **Confidential & Strategic Support**
- Handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Support the Principal in policy implementation and decision-making by preparing briefs and summaries.
5. **Logistical and Office Management**
- Organize travel, accommodation, and itineraries for the Principal.
- Oversee the maintenance of the Principal’s office — cleanliness, supplies, and visitor management.
- Manage office equipment and requisitions.
6. **Event and Protocol Management**
- Assist in planning school events, ceremonies, and official visits.
- Ensure proper protocol and documentation during VIP or management visits.
7. **Follow-up and Reporting**
- Track progress on tasks assigned by the Principal to staff.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and updates on pending matters.
8. **Professional Conduct**
- Uphold confidentiality, punctuality, and decorum.
- Display excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
