**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality instruction in Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension, and English Language Skills tailored to the specific requirements of CAT, XAT, CLAT, and IPMAT exams.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- Design, evaluate, and administer practice tests and assessments to track student progress.
- Provide personalized feedback and mentorship to help students improve their verbal skills and exam strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, syllabus changes, and teaching methodologies.
- Participate in curriculum development and refinement to ensure content is current and relevant.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, workshops, and mock interviews to further prepare students for the exams.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students to achieve their best.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Verbal Ability/English Language for CAT, XAT, CLAT, IPMAT, or similar competitive exams.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong pedagogical skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.
- A postgraduate degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and techniques in competitive exam preparation.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with online teaching platforms and digital tools.
- Ability to develop engaging learning materials, including online resources and interactive content.
