**Job Description for a Technician**

**Job Title**: Technician

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Technical Support and Repairs**:

- Diagnose technical problems and perform troubleshooting to identify solutions.
- Repair and replace faulty components, parts, or systems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Test and calibrate equipment or machinery to ensure functionality and accuracy.

**Installation and Maintenance**:

- Install and set up equipment, machinery, or systems according to specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Update firmware, software, or control systems when necessary.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain records of inspections, maintenance tasks, and repair work.
- Prepare detailed reports on work completed, including recommendations for future actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols.

**Collaboration and Training**:

- Work closely with other team members or departments to resolve complex technical issues.
- Train clients or team members on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Stay updated on new technologies and advancements in the field.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., ITI, Diploma in Engineering, or similar).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience as a technician in a relevant industry.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, or blueprints.
- Familiarity with tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic software.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and technologies.

**Work Environment**:

- Onsite or fieldwork, depending on the job type.
- May require lifting heavy equipment or working in confined spaces.
- Flexible hours, including occasional overtime, weekends, or on-call availability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
