
Pharma Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
1 Sales Management: implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and company objectives. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and take necessary actions to maximize sales growth.
2 Customer/ (KOL) Engagement: Identify and build relationships with key opinion leaders in the medical community. Collaborate with KOLs to develop and execute promotional activities, educational programs, and advocacy initiatives to enhance brand awareness and product adoption.
3 Account Mapping: Identify key accounts and develop strategic account plans to maximize sales opportunities. Conduct Activities to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviours. Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within targeted accounts.
4 Distributor Management: Collaborate with distributors to ensure efficient distribution of products, monitor stock levels, and resolve any distribution-related issues. Provide training and support to distributors to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
5 Account Receivable: Monitor and manage account receivables, ensuring timely payment and resolving any outstanding issues. Collaborate with finance and accounts teams to ensure smooth financial transactions.
6 Sales Forecasting and Inventory Management: Utilize market data, trends, and customer insights to forecast sales volumes and develop accurate sales forecasts. Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
7 Achieving Sales Targets: Take ownership of achieving assigned sales targets. Develop and execute action plans to drive sales growth, overcome obstacles, and seize market opportunities. Regularly report progress and provide updates to the management team.
8 Feedback and Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to identify market trends and customer needs. Provide feedback to the management team and contribute to the development of marketing strategies and new product launches.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- Agility and multitasking capabilities to adapt to changing market dynamics and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and drive business growth.
- Proficiency in sales reporting using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field. A graduate degree is must.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
