NEED A EXPERIENCE FEMALE TELECALLER FOR DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES.

WORKING HOUR: 9.30AM TO 5.30PM

EXPERIENCE:

- 1 YEAR PREFFERD.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers, using a script provided, to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Qualify leads by asking insightful questions and understanding their needs.
- Effectively communicate product/service information and benefits to potential customers.
- Handle objections and overcome resistance, effectively closing deals.
- Accurately record call details and customer information in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads.
- Stay up-to-date on product/service knowledge and industry trends.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Qualifications:

- Minimum of [Number] years of experience in a telecalling or sales role.
- Proven track record of success in generating leads and appointments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong phone presence.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and telephony systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College degree preferred.
