NEED A FEMALE TELECALLER FOR DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN TELECALLING.

WORKING HOUR 10AM TO 5PM.

EXPERIENCE:

- 1 YEAR ( PREFFERD)

THE SALARY IS GIVEN BY YOU BASED ON THE TASK THAT YOU PERFORMED.

OR

IF YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH COMMISION BASED YOU'LL BE GETTING 20 % OF EACH CLIENT.

Job Title: Experienced Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Provide accurate information about our offerings and address customer inquiries.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services to effectively communicate their benefits.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Record and maintain detailed customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma; further education in business or a related field is a plus.
