Psychometric Intern

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Psychology student or graduate who is eager to explore the field of psychometrics. As a Psychometric Intern, you will work on developing student assessment questions based on psychological concepts and learning objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and review questions that assess skills, abilities, and behavioral traits
- Research age-appropriate competencies in educational psychology
- Collaborate with the academic team to align assessments with learning goals
- Help maintain and organize the question bank

**Requirements**:

- Background in Psychology (UG/PG students or graduates)
- Interest in psychometric testing and educational assessments
- Strong research and writing skills
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn
- Freshers are welcome

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
