We are looking for a **Manual QA Tester** who can go beyond just clicking buttons on a web browser. You will be expected to test projects by running them locally, understanding basic development workflows (npm, Git), and ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards before release.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform end-to-end **manual testing** on Web, Mobile, and Backend services.
- **Run projects locally** on your machine using tools like npm/yarn, Git.
- Identify bugs, inconsistencies, UI/UX issues, and performance concerns.
- Create and maintain **test cases, test reports**, and bug documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure smooth releases.
- Participate in **UAT testing**, regression testing, and post-release verification.
- Suggest improvements in processes and product quality from a user perspective.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **manual testing processes**.
- **Basic understanding of Git**, branching, and version control.
- Comfortable with **running local development environments** (npm/yarn, local servers, mobile emulators).
- Good knowledge of **Chrome DevTools** or similar debugging tools.
- Clear written communication for reporting bugs and writing test cases.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a good understanding of UX.
- Communication in English

**Good-to-Have Skills**:

- Experience testing **REST APIs using Postman** or similar tools.
- Knowledge of **React/Next.js/Flutter** projects (you don’t need to code, but knowing the basics helps).
- Experience working in **ClickUp, Jira, or other project management tools**.
- Experience testing **multi-device and cross-browser** environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
