We are seeking a talented and experienced Freelance WordPress Developer to join our team. As a WordPress Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, coding, and implementing custom WordPress websites for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, performance, and security of these websites, as well as providing ongoing support and maintenance. This is a remote, freelance position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work on a variety of projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Website Development**: Design and develop custom WordPress websites according to client requirements, using best practices in web development.

**Theme Customization**: Customize and modify WordPress themes to achieve the desired look and feel for each project.

**Plugin Development**: Develop and customize WordPress plugins to enhance website functionality and meet specific client needs.

**Content Management**: Assist clients in managing and updating website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements.

**Responsive Design**: Ensure that all websites are responsive and mobile-friendly to provide an optimal user experience on various devices.

**Performance Optimization**: Optimize website performance by minimizing load times, optimizing images, and ensuring efficient code.

**Security**: Implement security best practices to protect websites from vulnerabilities and cyber threats.

**Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues or bugs in the websites.

**Client Communication**: Interact with clients to gather project requirements, provide updates, and offer support and training as needed.

**Documentation**: Create documentation for websites, plugins, and custom code to facilitate future updates and maintenance.

**Ongoing Maintenance**: Offer ongoing support and maintenance services to ensure the long-term success of websites.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of past projects.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL.

Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins.

Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) and web development tools.

Understanding of web design principles and responsive design.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
