**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **telesales**, preferably in a **target-based role**.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calling.
