**About the role**:
As a Process quality specialist, you would be responsible for process improvement of more than 3 product manufacturing lines in the shop floor.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Process quality job role of maintaining highest level of quality through patrol quality,
- Process audit ensuring correctness of data capturing on each Quality Gate.
- Problem solving for Defects identified on assembly lines and monitoring, drive Q circles
- Develop Quality plan addressing all CTQs

**Role Purpose**:

- Maintain higher standards of quality in products
- Turnback resolution
- Ensure process compliance to standards

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 5~7 years of experience in Process quality/Excellence
- HVAC background ~3 years out of the tenure
- Abel to manage cross functional teams
