**Content Creation**:

- Develop compelling and informative content for various social media platforms, including posts, captions, tweets, stories, and video scripts.
- Research and write content aligned with brand messaging and target audience interests.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media platforms.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and adapt content accordingly.

**Social Media Handling**:

- Manage and maintain company social media accounts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve brand objectives.
- Schedule and publish content at optimal times for maximum engagement.
- Monitor social media activity, respond to comments and inquiries promptly, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and informative content in different formats.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in content writing and/or social media marketing.
- Excellent understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
- A creative and strategic mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with online communities.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platform

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹37,934.46 per month
