**About us**
We are looking for a responsible Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Office Assistant include providing support to our USA (Boise Team) and Jaipur Team Members, assisting in daily office activities and managing our company’s general administrative activities and Company's complaince.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Graduate in Commerce discipline and equivelent.
- 5+ years experience with Office Management or Administration.
- Should have knowledge in Taxes, Company Law, Labour Law and Other Laws related to the Company and its Mandatory and Non
- Mandatory Compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication and management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient using computer and internet Competency in Microsoft Application Advance understanding of Data analysis and Research
**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in GSTIN, ESIC, EPFO and other required fillings.
- Experience in using various Govt Portal.
- Critical thinking, evaluation and analytical skills.
**Daily and Monthly Responsibilities**
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Assisting the Director in his day-to-day work.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Prepare and updating the company compliance
- Research and creates presentations
- Generate report and assigning daily task.
- Arranging training for Fresher or Trainee and follow up and scheduling them.
- Assigning daily task to Employee as suggested by the Director of the Company.
- Maintaining office Files and Databases
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Answer the telephone and direct calls to appropriate department.
- Prepare documents for the USA (Team ) and Jaipur Team members.
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration. Not limited to financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents. Handling basic bookkeeping tasks, Minute books.
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Other responsibility, as may be allocated by the Director from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
