We are a leading chemical manufacturing company committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, the environment, and the communities we serve. We are seeking an experienced EHS Executive to join our team at our plant location in Nadigama, RR Dist. Near Shadnagar.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. EHS Policy Implementation: Implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

2. Risk Assessment and Management: Conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, and implement controls to mitigate risks.

3. Safety Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver safety training programs to employees, contractors, and visitors.

4. Incident Investigation and Reporting: Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, and prepare reports for management and regulatory authorities.

5. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with relevant EHS regulations, laws, and standards, and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities.

6. EHS Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

7. Employee Engagement and Participation: Encourage employee participation in EHS initiatives and promote a safety-first culture.

8. Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date EHS records, reports, and documentation.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Chemistry).

2. Safety Courses: Relevant safety courses (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA).

3. Experience: 4-8 years of experience in EHS roles in chemical companies.

4. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
