**Proposal Writer**:
**Job description**
- We are looking for an eloquent, persuasive proposal writer to join our team of writers in creating proposals.
- The proposal writers responsibilities include gathering information, formatting the information according to the companies policies, obtaining supervisor approval, and sending the proposal to the appropriate source.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Compose persuasive and well-structured CSR proposals for company outreach projects.
- Synthesize complex information into clear, concise, and impactful narratives that effectively communicate the company mission and the positive impact of its projects.
- Ensure proposals adhere to the guidelines and requirements of targeted corporate entities and funding organizations. Include supporting documentation, budgets, and timelines in proposals.
- Maintain a repository of past proposals, templates, and relevant materials to streamline the proposal development process.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in CSR area and incorporate them into proposal writing.
- Understanding requirements and defining project scope to the level of detail required.
- Writing and proof reading Proposals / Responses, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Interfacing with team for inputs for visual assets, inputs on technical aspects of the projects, such as estimations and technical copy.
- Ensuring all deadlines related to the proposal submission are committed to the calendar, and the proposal is submitted in advance.
- Analyze winning proposals and use the feedback to improve the quality of proposal writing to keep it competitive.

**Technical Writing Skills**
- Proposals are often on strict deadlines. Being able to write well with deadlines in mind is critical.
- Communication is key. Writer must be able to communicate and collaborate with the team to make sure they stay on top of their responsibilities and are able to ask questions when needed.
- It s important for the proposal writer to keep track of pending proposals (including what stage they re at in the process), submitted proposals.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Applicants must have 3-4 years previous experience as a proposal writer.
- High level of fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to speak to and interact with stakeholders.
- Ability to read and understand complex technical requirements.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Researching, writing, and organizing information in a professional and credible manner.
- Previous experience in proposal writing may be advantageous.

**Education**

UG: Any Graduate

PG: Any Postgraduate

**Salary - **20-25k per Month

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
