Ensure gears, shafts, and transmission components meet precise dimensional, material, and performance standards through systematic inspection, testing, and collaboration within a manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **first‑piece, in‑process, and final inspections** of gears, shafts, and transmissions using tools like calipers, micrometers, gauges, layout plates, and CMMs
- Interpret **engineering drawings**, including GD&T symbols, to establish inspection criteria and methods.
- Document inspection results, maintain records for traceability, and generate detailed quality reports
- Identify defects and non-conformities; conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions with engineering and production teams z
- Support calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment and ensure compliance with ISO/AS standards
- Collaborate on process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and reduce defects.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training or QC certification preferred.
- 1-3 years of inspection experience in gear manufacturing or transmission assembly.
- Strong understanding of **GD&T**, blueprint reading, and mechanical tolerancing.
- Proficiency with manual and automated inspection tools (CMM, micrometers, gauges).
- Analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Manufacturing shop-floor environment with moderate noise.
- Full-time role; may include shift rotations or overtime based on production schedules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹106,339.56 - ₹500,471.90 per year
