- Providing warranty-based support on-field for the customers or user of Desktop/Laptop
- Diagnose computer hardware (Desktop/Laptop/A.I.O PC) for faulty hardware.
- Provide solution to user/customer by promptly identifying the right hardware component required to be added or replaced to overcome the defect.
- Capable to rightly replace all the required hardware components of the Desktop/Laptop/PC
- Proficient in using various OEM defined Tool-Kits for servicing/repairing the Desktop/laptop.
- Superior interactive skills to communicate with client and customer teams, for understanding their service demands.
- Expertise in customer relationship matters and proficient managerial skills.
- **Field support mandatory - **_Engineers shall be required to travel to assigned customer sites/locations and provide service support (onsite)_
- Should have a long-time career-oriented goal to work for this demand in our organization.
