**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, career paths, and learning opportunities.
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable academic programs.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through structured follow-ups and effective sales strategies.
- Conduct telephonic and in-person counseling sessions to explain program benefits and admission processes.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve the student experience.
- Stay updated with the latest courses, admission criteria, and education trends.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in talking to students and parents both over the phone and in person.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on student satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of educational programs and the academic ecosystem.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
