**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct offline Physics classes for Grades 6-12 (IGCSE, ICSE, CBSE, IB).
- Develop lesson plans, structured teaching schedules, and lab-based learning activities.
- Assign homework, conduct tests, and track student performance.
- Provide personalised guidance to students based on their learning needs.
- Prepare students for board exams with focused practice sessions and past-paper discussions.
- Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Physics, Education, or related field.
- At least 2 years of offline teaching experience in IGCSE / ICSE / IB curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to make lessons interactive, practical, and engaging.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Cambridge / IB exam patterns.
- Experience in preparing customised teaching materials and practice worksheets.
