Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in digital and offline outreach efforts and other Prayoga initiatives
- Create compelling content for social media, newsletters, blogs, and press releases
- Support communications with partner organisations, media contacts, and sponsors
- Contribute to the design and coordination of marketing materials (basic design skills are an asset)
- Develop and support donor engagement plans, including outreach and follow-up communications
- Track outreach impact and maintain detailed communication records
- Collaborate with educators, designers, and researchers to communicate Prayoga’s vision effectively
- Run online campaigns to raise awareness and engagement for Prayoga’s initiatives
- Draft or customise with the help of master content for each proposal
- Validate budget/create custom budget
- Review & send donor reports periodically
- Support with engaging with donors/run campaigns
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail with numbers & proposals

Qualifications:

- Graduation / master's in journalism / communications, Public Relations, or related fields
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and knowledge of Kannada will be desirable**
- Proficient with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, MS Office, Mailchimp, and outlook
- Strong interest in education, science, or sustainability is highly desirable
- Organised, self-motivated, and eager to learnExperience - 2-4 years in Outreach
