**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Program and optimize industrial robots (e.g., **FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa**) for various automated processes such as welding, material handling, palletizing, assembly, or painting.
- Develop and edit robot programs using offline simulation and teach pendant tools.
- Integrate robots with PLCs, vision systems, conveyors, and other automation equipment.
- Perform system debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of robotic issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of robotic systems.
- Support equipment commissioning, start-up, and production trials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on automation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document robot programs, maintenance activities, and changes per company standards.
- Train technicians and operators on robot operation and safety.

**Qualifications**:

- **Associate or Bachelor’s degree** in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, or related field.
- **2-5 years of experience** in industrial robot programming (or relevant internship/co-op for entry-level roles).
- Experience with one or more major robotic systems**:FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa, Mitsubishi, or UR**.
- Familiarity with PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI interfaces is a plus.
- Strong understanding of robotic safety protocols and risk assessments.
- Proficient in reading mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and shifts as required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **ROBOGUIDE**, **RobotStudio**, or similar offline programming tools.
- Knowledge of **welding**, **vision systems**, or **cobots (collaborative robots)**.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and data integration.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, bend, and work in manufacturing environments.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
