We are manufacturers of Special Purpose Machines having our Office & Works at the below mentioned address.
To aid our growth, we are looking for TWO Robot Programmers. A Degree / Diploma Holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering with good theoretical knowledge and additional training in **Robot programming**, with **2-4 years’ experience** - preferably with Fanuc / ABB Robots, especially in the Welding Automation field.
- Study of the drawings issued for manufacturing, prepare the Robot / Cobot program.
- Complete simulation in the Robot Guide / Robot Studio software.
- Actual testing of the Robot / Cobot at our premises to perform the required tasks.
- Setting the different parameters for the additional axes and synchronising the same with the Robot movement.
- Undertake the inspection by customers / third party, take down the improvement points, carryout the improvements.
- Prepare the Operation & Maintenance Manuals - including the screen shots
- Visit Customer site for commissioning of the machines & train the operators.
- Visit Customer site in case of any breakdown to rectify the problem & make the machine work. Wherever possible, provide remote service with the help of Customer’s maintenance team.
