Job Title: Graphic Designer & Illustrator Experience : 1-3 Yrs Location : Kothrud ,Pune Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: - Create original illustrations for various digital and print media. - Design engaging social media templates, including banners, posters, and promotional materials. - Develop visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines. - Work with Canva or AI-powered design tools to enhance productivity. - Edit and enhance short video content (reels, motion graphics, etc.) (Preferred but not mandatory). - Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative branding materials. - Ensure consistency in design across all digital platforms. - Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in illustration and graphic design. - Proficiency in design software including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva. - Familiarity with AI-based design tools is an added advantage. - Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or any other mobile/desktop apps for reels) is a plus. - Strong sense of aesthetics, color theory, typography, and layout design. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Experience: - 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. - Experience in designing for social media, branding, or marketing purposes. - Portfolio showcasing illustration and social media design work.
