**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring day-to-day activities diligently by visiting all the working sites.
- Ensure supervision of construction of interior work at the site.
- Ensure all carpenters, plumbers, electricians, labours etc. reach and work at place on site.
- Maintain material log.
- Manage the procurement of materials and labour necessary to complete the project.
- Ensure unloading of materials arrived at site.
- Implement the site specific Health and Safety Work Plan and ensure safe working conditions.
- Record site observations, employee hours, health and safety statistics.
- Supervise subcontractors and approve invoices.
- Interpreting interior plans and designs.
- Ensuring project completion as per the timeline.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in related field.
- Proven work experience in interior work such as furniture, false ceiling, partition, MEP Familiarity with required tools and equipment.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to handle situation at site.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
