**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue goals.

Analyze market trends to adjust sales tactics and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.

Implement and monitor sales metrics to track performance and optimize strategies.

Work closely with the product development and customer service teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Provide feedback on product performance and market conditions to influence product development.

Generate and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Freshers preferred; 1-2 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of achieving targets is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
