(NGCB), a UAE-based financial brokerage company providing competitive tools and technologically driven platforms that can capture opportunities in the global capital markets. We are expanding this support team and searching for a **Marketing Associate** with excellent communication and a strategic mindset who can fit into our quality-focused and growing organization.
- Bachelors /Masters in Arts or Technology from a reputed institute of education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Content creation, animation, copyrighting and strategizing based on market behaviour
- Knowledge of related marketing software and market research related techniques.
- Good command of the English language. Needs to be proficient both in spoken and written, with knowledge of specific terminologies.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness through digital channels such as search engines, social media, and online advertising
- Develop, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns for specific target regions of the company to aid lead generation
- Discover and liaise with other external marketing agencies for management of marketing campaigns
- React to tactical marketing opportunities including events and sponsorships
- Design standardised reports on competitive benchmarking & analysis
- Create monthly social media plan and work with creative agencies to deliver and build calendar of all planned activity along with budget and timelines
- Creating content for blogs, social media, and other digital platforms to engage target audiences
- Coordinating with designers, programmers, and other team members to develop new digital tools and features
- Coordinating with multiple teams and determining vision based goals to be achieved in short and long-term
- Taking initiative in testing the market environments of the target locations and improving customer engagement
- Providing suggestions through market research for expanding products and location of operations

**Additional Description**
- Full time with flexible work hours
- The role is onsite, in our office based in Chennai, India
- Compensation is based on expertise and relevant experience
