**Minimum Qualification**:Graduate
- **Minimum Experience: 1** years as a Store Visual Merchandiser. VM in Furniture Store would be preferred
- **Languages Known: Telugu**, Hindi, English.
- **Qualities Required**:

- Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced working environment
- Must be well groomed
- Punctuality

- Familiar with furniture retail industry (preferable)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**VM- Infra**
- Enhance the aesthetic appeal of window displays, walkways, counters and in-store displays.
- Setting up counter displays, arranging posters & standees.
- Source the necessary props, materials and accessories required.
- Deciding how to use space and lighting creatively in windows, Display area, etc.
- Changing old displays.
- Introduce strategies to increase walk-ins.
- Ensure that the environment within the store is welcoming, warm and ambient.
- Update store music library every month.
- Get the repair work done of all VM Inventory. (Eg: Standees, Name Plate, Signage, etc)
- Plan Festive décor & lighting in advance & Co-ordinate with Maintenance Department especially for Diwali & Other important festivals.

**VM- Merchandise**
- Creating attractive visual displays.
- Promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
- Create detailed floor plans about what is to be displayed & where in a store.
- Competition tracking: Study competitors VM strategies & implement better ideas to improve our external & internal store display.

**Window Display**
- Theme Planning: Theme must be decided 3 months in advance (as per the season/ festivals etc.)

**Coordination Role**
- Cross Functional Coordination (with the organization)
- External Vendor Management

**Training & Audits**
- Visit to all stores for Implementation & Audits
- Service Audits (to analyze if training guidelines are understood, if not then plan better ways to make training more effective.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
