**Job Title**:Tele-Sales Caller (On roll positions)**

**Experience Required: 1+ year**

**Salary : 10,000-25,000 per month +incentives**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Ayurveda solutions to address their concerns.
- Build rapport with potential customers to create interest and trust in the products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively closing sales during calls.
- Maintain a detailed database of customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Address customer inquiries, objections, and feedback professionally and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Stay updated on Ayurveda products, their benefits, and market trends to provide informed recommendations.

**Education Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification**:High School Diploma (12th Grade)** or equivalent.

**Key Requirements**:

- Prior experience in tele-sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
- Fluency in [Languages - e.g., English, Hindi, as per your target audience].
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
