Supervising operations to ensure efficiency in all aspects of the customer service delivery cycle, resolving critical issues in Freight Forwarding, CHA operations, Transportation, warehousing, inventory, delivery, Service, and pricing of Air & Sea /Import & Exports Shipments by interacting with the concerned departments.

Handling customers by rendering the best service by interacting with internal departments regarding their daily Imports / Exports shipments.

Should have Handling Air & Sea - Export/Import operations to provide timely delivery of consignments involving liaison with Airlines, Shipping Lines, overseas agents, overseas buyers, regulatory authorities, transport companies, C&F Agents, Forwarders and other external agencies.

Monitoring Air and Sea shipment documents like AWB/BL Export Import Invoices, Packing lists, Purchase Order, LC and any other documents related as per shipper/importer instruction.

Monitoring day-to-day Pre-alerts documents and Post Shipment document dispatches.

Monitoring and arranging PQ, COO, GSP, and different regulatory authority Certificates.

Monitoring suppliers for procurements and assuring trading products reach our packing unit on time.

Coordinating with packing unit, Freight Forwarder, CHA, and arranging time-bound delivery of Air export/Sea export shipments.

Monitoring export documentation of commercial Invoices, Packing lists, and arranging shipment-related certificates from the concerned department.

Monitoring the dispatches of vehicles & transporters ensuring on-time delivery & transit norms & analyzing the loss in transit and undertaking measures to control the same.

Responsible for updating the order dispatches to the buyer and following up on the payments daily.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
