**Hiring Product Designer**:
You will come on as a Full-time Designer, you will be working closely with the current design team, the user experience researcher, and the founders to engineer thoughtful UX paradigms to enable frictionless thought capture. We plan to design a user interface suitable for the way the human brain thinks, remembers, and stores. This can put you on a non-obvious path that is different from traditional computer design patterns.

What you'll do
- You will find that considering edge cases helps to deepen your understanding of ideas, and sometimes bring ideas to a new or even better place. Think about extreme situations and respect them.
- Create a scalable design that does not need to be rearchitectured every time as the product grows
- Reduces design and functionalities to their first principles, and connects these first principles to the modular design building blocks
- Keep an eye on balancing speed and feature complexity. We are constantly building an MVP, and momentum is of utmost importance.
- Extract ideas, best practices, and UX implementations from other products that can solve similar problems well. We resonate with the philosophy behind "Good artists copy, Great artists steal".

**What you'll bring**:

- Comfortable using essential design tools, most importantly Figma
- Must understand the basic principles of product design. We will teach you how to become a better designer through experience, but you must already understand the basics of good design and bad design.
- Learn from experience, we attach importance to taking planned risks and are not afraid of failure.
- You won't be overly dependent on your solutions, but based on logical feedback, you are willing to kill some of your best ideas. This does not mean that you will crouch, it is a balance and we hope you know what it is about.
- Has an eye for design, frequently notices good design as well as poor design in the products they use.
- Attention to detail, think through all the edge cases that affect every design decision.
