**Key Responsibility Areas**:

- Manage End to End complete Project Architect and interior Design and Execution starting from Concept Discussion to Key Handover to Residential Client.
- You should have hands on exposure to prepare Architectural Drawing, electrical, plumbing, conceptual designs, detailed drawings, production drawings, Working Drawing & presentations slides.
- You should have managed & executed independently full life cycle of small to medium size projects from drawings to hand over.
- You should have knowledge of quotations preparation, BOQs (Bill of Quantity), BOMs (Bill of Material) and other desired specifications.
- You should be well aware of ergonomics
- Providing guidance to subordinates and helping them interpret design specifications & get error free project execution on time.

- You should have eye for details in terms of latest market trends, new designs & trending material.
- You should have done new vendor selection and have material supplier contacts in the market.

**Desired Technical Skills**
- Having in depth knowledge of softwares such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch up, MS excel/word.
- Have basic working knowledge of Vray & Lumion / 3D rendering software.
- Basic understanding of all services & MEP coordination.

**Desired Soft Skills**
- Should have good presentation skills to detail the project to Client.
- Should possess excellent interpersonal skills required in marketing meeting.
- Should be a pleasant personality to act as a front face for the company
- Should have excellent leadership and networking skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,283.36 - ₹30,477.56 per month
