We are seeking a seasoned **Commercial Leasing Expert** to lead and manage our property acquisition, lease negotiations, and space optimization needs for office and commercial use.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate commercial real estate options for office space, tech parks, or business centers.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with landlords and property managers.
- Analyze lease agreements, legal documents, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to determine space requirements and long-term planning.
- Maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and real estate agents.
- Prepare leasing reports, cost analysis, and market research.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate or leasing, preferably in the IT or corporate sector.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, leasing terms, and local market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software tools.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
