**Description**:
Key Responsibilities
- Implement resource mobilization strategy with existing accounts.
- Collaborate with Director and Associate Directors, fundraising to co-manage and provide support on key relationships and implement a comprehensive account engagement and retention plan.
- Raise /manage a portfolio for organization across themes. Which includes developing unique value propositions for potential champions and managing end to end strategic partnership.
- Support the development of an effective donor engagement strategy leveraging existing fundraising teams and other themes. make a timebound roadmap to implement the same.
- Write, build, and submit concept notes, budgets, proposals & reports. Make grant estimates and align funding opportunities accordingly. and additional materials as needed. Ensure our partners can scale impact most efficiently. Engage Board and Connectors to build a pipeline of new prospects and service leads generated through the pull factor. Manage end to end donor stewardship.
- Build and maintain relationships.
- Conduct periodic review meetings and budget management.
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Organize partnership events & workshops with donor stakeholders.
- Increase revenue contribution from the account.
- Establish & streamline a strong communication and reporting cadence within internal teams for all funders in the organization.
- Partner with other teams (e.g. Thematic PMU, HR, Finance) to maximize external positioning to support the CSR development goals. Lead the account management activities for all themes across Organization.

**Functional details**:
Ideal qualification and work experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any field.
- 1-8 years of relevant work experience in client-facing roles. Previous experience working in the development/education sector or sectoral exposure to corporates/foundations/worked with HNIs with fundraising experiences as an Account Manager. (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; prior professional experience writing or editing highlevel external contacts (Strongly preferred).
- Highly developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of organizational financial reports as well as project and program budgets.
- Strong presentation skills with ability to interpret and present programmatic and financial data to external stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills (Experience in managing multiple complex projects).
- Experience having worked with CXOs/Senior Management stakeholders (preferred).
- ** Strong numeric skills & should be well conversant with MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint.(Must)**:
