**Job Title**: Merchandiser
**Location**: Salem, Tamil Nadu
**Experience**: 1 to 5 Years
**Qualification**: Relevant degree in Textile or related field (e.g., B.Tech in Textile Engineering, Bachelor’s in Fashion Merchandising)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Assist in product development, including fabric selection and design based on market trends.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material sourcing, negotiations, and quality control.
- Manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Oversee sampling, ensuring quality standards before mass production.
- Conduct quality inspections of finished products.
- Calculate têxtile costs and set pricing in line with budget and market trends.
- Stay updated on fashion and têxtile trends for informed product decisions.
- Ensure effective product displays in retail environments.
- Follow up with production teams to meet deadlines and order progress.
- Support sales teams with product information to boost sales.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve offerings.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
