The Merchandiser will be responsible for overseeing Customers requirements, communications, production follow up, artworks and trims approvals. Daily tasks include ensuring that production is going as per plan, working closely with the buyers and suppliers, and providing excellent customer service. The Merchandiser will also liaise with clients and manage customer inquiries efficiently. Qualifications - Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills - Knowledge of Marketing strategies and practices - Strong organizational and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred - 2 years of merchandising experience in the home textiles industry
