**Job Summary**

The Video Editor at Woman’s Plaza, Agra Store, will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality videos that showcase our women’s apparel collections, styling concepts, customer experiences, and campaigns. The role requires creativity, technical expertise, and a strong sense of fashion aesthetics to align with the brand’s luxury and trendy identity. The Video Editor will collaborate closely with the store team, marketing department, and photographers/videographers to deliver engaging content for social media platforms, campaigns, and promotional activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Edit raw video footage into final high-quality content suitable for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency with a luxury yet trendy aesthetic across all edits.
- Work on various content types such as styling videos, reels, customer experience stories, behind-the-scenes clips, and campaign edits.
- Add music, graphics, text overlays, and visual effects to enhance video appeal.
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and marketing team members to execute creative concepts.
- Ensure timely delivery of edited videos as per campaign schedules and content calendar.
- Manage and organize video assets for easy accessibility and archival.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, social media formats, and fashion industry content styles.
- Occasionally assist in shoots at the store to ensure proper footage is captured for editing.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communication, or a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in fashion, retail, or creative agencies.
- Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Creative eye for fashion-oriented content and storytelling.
- Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining high quality.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
