**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw video footage into polished content for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, website, etc.)
- Work with the creative team to understand project goals and deliver videos that meet brand and storytelling standards
- Add music, voiceovers, graphics, and effects to enhance storytelling
- Manage and organize media assets and projects using editing software
- Stay up-to-date with video editing trends, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with producers, designers, and marketers to meet deadlines and feedback cycles
- Ensure all video content adheres to the brand guidelines and maintains high quality

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio or showreel required)
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
- Strong understanding of pacing, visual storytelling, and sound design
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Basic understanding of motion graphics, color grading, and audio editing
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of social media video formats and platform-specific best practices

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in animation or motion design
- Photography or videography skills
- Understanding of SEO and video performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
