**Job Description**:
**A] Delivery excellence, Governance, and transformation priorities**
- **Responsibility to manage a portfolio and/or a large strategic customer relationship.**:
- **Be responsible for high standards of service delivery for various internal client groups.**:
- **Build and maintain an engagement tracker to maintain and track service delivery targets.**:
- **Provide functional expertise to grow service streams, solution and mitigate delivery escalations.**:
- **Strong client/stakeholder engagement to maintain service delivery target metrics into green status.**:
- **Drive the Transformation agenda as per client needs and requirements to build service model with standardised process management, industrialisation, automation, and martech**:
- **Managing diverse set of stakeholders and drive the decisions to meet the agreed objectives.**:
- **Able to drive new thinking with latest technological platforms and solution ahead with new ways of working.**
**B] Business Growth - Revenue and cost management**
- **Share targets for farming and hunting on the farm to achieve YoY revenue growth through new capabilities.**:
- **Build key service offers, go-to-market approach, solutions.**:
- **Business intelligence, continuous tracking, KPIs, dashboards, governance, and reporting formats for review.**:
- **Demand assessment, Scope of work management for FTEs**:
- **Growth of new FTEs, Project based revenue across various services.**:
- **Account development to drive new business opportunities.**:
- **Incubate niche and new Service Offerings, capabilities and offers within the existing and prospective clients.**:
- **Competitiveness & RPA targets - Ensure Cost per FTE is managed within the set target (ARC)**
**C] Capability enhancement, best practice in marcom / training, bbuilding a performance driven culture**
- **Build capability frameworks, SMEs, and functional domain expertise.**:
- **Support the Business solutions internal campaigns launch working with the Marketing team.**:
- **Keep the intranet updated with latest news & information and maximize engagement.**:
- **Support the client BU in major internal events and contribute to the staging of these events.**:
- **Build a culture fuelled with innovation, martech tool adoption, delivery excellence & agility to deliver value to client.**:
- **Build connects and relationship with various internal and client stakeholders to understand and assess opportunities for fueling growth and bring thought leadership and innovation to client.**:
- **Convert opportunities into wins by leveraging capabilities across Capgemini units and by ensuring we create a winning storyline and value proposition.**
**D] Talent advancement, People Management, Team culture**
- **Hire, Develop and coach senior talent for leadership positions and SME roles.**:
- **Work with a diverse team across regions/ cultures/ domains.**:
- **Build a Talent expansion & retention strategy for all talents in the unit.**:
- **Build a forward plan towards a more inclusive, engaged and performance-driven culture.**:
- **Tracking people performance, reviews, and advancement eligibility based on the capability framework.**:
- **Managing a diverse team of resources and keep them motivated to deliver across various service capabilities.**:
- **Ensure timely reporting of projects, promotions and RnR for team members.**:
- **Encourage community engagement activities within teams.**:
- **People Management - maintain and track employee engagement scores across teams.**
**Primary Skills**:
**Broad industry knowledge of various markets, competitors, future trends, and service offerings.**
- **Expertise marketing service design & delivery, experience in marketing advisory, consultative approach in marketing solutions, perspective planning, service offer design, and concept selling.**:
- **Relevant experience in marcom consulting, marketing operations delivery or IT marketing industry experience**:
- **Experience in planning and executing large engagements on time/ budget.**:
- **Extensive contacts with executives in companies and be adept at marketing and selling services at the executive level in client organizations.**:
- **Ability to think strategically; strong perspective on where industry/technology is headed.**:
- **A proven record in directly generating and sustaining high impact client relationships, yielding a meaningful level of revenue/margin contribution.**:
- **Ability to manage ambiguity, large sized teams, driving people and cultural change and complex escalation management.
**Technical Competency**:
- **Lead deliveries for a portfolio or a strategic large account accountable for delivery assurance, growth, customer engagement, profitability, and people leadership.**:
